Dear supporter, I was quite surprised as I finished a race as fifth on a ranked Server (M235i at Hockenheim, 2022-09-13, ended at 21:39h) and checked afterwards the amount of points I earned at the user profil webside - loss of over 21 points! The results there show I was finish more midfield instead as fifth. Based on this I`ve checked the replay and description of it show also that I finished as fifth. Could please someone explain me what is going wrong? What can I provide to clarify this (upload of the video, log files or screenshot)? For me, normally a midfiled driver, these are a lot points to loose. So if there is way that the saved result is wrong can it be corrected? If not, then to delete this specific race is also an option for me. Thanks in advance! Greetings, Dirk
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change any race results or delete a race from a driver's profile.
