or Dear Santa, ... ... car incl. background track please ... Best regards to the North Pole #ChristmasWish #Christmas2017
Why not pointing on a fact? The community cries for ages after a cheap AI selector. It can not be (and is not) a big deal for programmers who are able to create driving physics, laserscanned tracks and racecar which feel realy real to make a cheap second enquiry, where you can select the car(s) against which ou want to race and from which the ai (ok, let ist be randomised, thats not so important) select the liveries. So let me highlighten after i chose my car the 2016R8, Vette, M6, Bentley, and so on so i can create in a few clicks a grid, which i love to play. Its realy not a big deal and takes max. a couple of hours. This racing against 60 % of cars which meanwhile used to stand in museums or act as a toy for sons of rich sheiks, kills realy the immersion.
This week is the Christmas shopping season Please release the 3 Porsche and the AI selector immediately AC DLC will be sold next week This week is sector3 chance Please sell soon and make lots of money Sector3 and we are having a happy Christmas
Basically you are right, but as in alot of Jobs, software-development is clustered in several different disciplines... The Backend-Programming of that AI-Selector isn't a big hustle for sure... but bringing that to the Frontend (the User-Interface) seems a bigger Task in R3E. The Frontend in R3E is using a complete different technology compared to the backend. It's even more different compared to other games as R3E is using web-technology for the frontend. So the developer of the Backend-logic, who mostly do there job in C++ or C# can't do the front-end-side as it needs different skills. And as we've learned - the frontend-development always was a bottle-neck in Raceroom.
Then stick it an da box. It is not possible to edit the Menue in R3E? Don't know if i should laugh or cry.
For sure it is possible - not sure where you read something else... but it needs a developer to do so... At the moment it seems that these developers have tasks with higher priorities...
I guess there is a problem that prevents them from implementing it in „a few hours“ and/or there are other things that have to be done first. Lets not forget that S3 is still a fairly small team. We are not talking about a studio that has 1000 people at hand. ...no wait, it must be because they are super lazy and hate every single one of us, especially the guys always complaining about X not being in the game. Well shit, S3 is EA confirmed FeelsBadMan Man do you guys ever listen to yourselfs ?
100% agree. we all wait porsche and AI selector. i have bought new gt3 cars and AI race with old ugly chevrolet....
That doesnt count for custumers. I think we pay a product, not the size of a company. And the price is the same (if not higher) then other prices. Sorry, but this is a stupid argument. We are a small company and can not deliver everything, but we take the price like the big ones?
Better argument? OK: Yes, you have not bought size of the company. You've bought their product. So why do they have to add something to an application you've already bought? You can buy raceroom2 for new money if you want new things. You know, what I mean? I'm really happy with every feature we get for free! Other developers make a new Game we have to buy and here are some guys moaning why they don't get feature xyz fore free NOW or packs for free and so on. I really can't believe this behaviour! Anyway: This is the wrong thread for your wishlist. This is "new Porsche is Coming"!
Yes it does, it's exactly what I do. When an update comes it reinstalls all content again, but you can just delete the files again.
