    yeah, it's a known issue and has been on the 'mañana' list for ages. I'll fix it. Some day.

    Question / idea
    I don't know exactly at what time i get the notice of a blue flag when a faster car is behind to lap me.
    But is there a possibility to change it as follow: blue flag at 2 second
    And when the 2 cars who will lap you and they are close to each other for a battle the message of blue FLAGS (with a s, so you know there are more than one)
    This for the following reason(s)
    If you are in battle with someone else while you will be lapped, you can't see how far that car is.
    The distance between your opponent is showing above.
    And the flagS (with extra s) is that you take some risk away to serious disturb a battle in higher positions
    I hope It's clear to understand a little what i try to explain in my very best english.:rolleyes:o_O:eek::D:p

    Easy, you dont want to fk up the real race while being too focussd on your own.

    Looks like it appears only at the Nordschleife in my case. Drove yesterday 45 Min race with 1 hour of Training/Qual in Le Castellet and everything was fine.

    But i have figured out, that it has nothing to do with the Crew Chief. On the Nordschleife i have it always.

    Hi Jim, long time I didn't bother you with some crazy idea (Hard to find new things to make you work more here !)

    Last night while playing, I was thinking about the tire/engine temp announces and the range used for that.
    I find them always a little bit off (calling tire cold when their not, etc) .. and it's because the default range you use doesn't always fit the car and the tire type used (single-seater, GT, street car, etc they all have different temp window).

    So, of course we can change the value in CF parameter, but when you switch back and forth between cars/games it will rapidely become a pain in the butt to change the settings every time.

    Then, here comes the crazy idea:
    Could it be possible for you to allow settings profiles so we could save different settings for different use (It can also be used for other parameter) ?
    Combine this with a key bind for cycle through the profiles list or select one "on the fly" and it will be close to perfect :)

    the app has a car data .json file where all the thresholds for the various cars are defined. The app selects the thresholds to use based on the car the player is driving so they should be 'correct'. Of course, this means that the app needs to have data for that car. The new WTCC 2017 cars, for example, have a different class ID from the 2016 cars and this class ID isn't in the app yet. So the app doesn't know you're driving a TC1 class car, and you'll get the threshold values for 'unknown race car' which may not be suitable

    Ok I didn't know you went so far into that.

    But, it is for all games or only for R3E ?
    (To be honest I mostly play AMS and rf2 these days..)

    This is for all games.

    In fact, the primary reason we needed this is moddable games. In R3E, we can cover pretty much all content ourselves, but in moddable games we can't. We do try to generate user classes automatically. For example, if vehicle is not mapped, we will generate class on the fly, hoping that mod authors used vehicle class to group vehicles per class, which rarely happens in reality. You can see what vehicle class your vehicle is mapped to in CC output window, printed during session start.

    But generally, users need to map them (or let us know of vehicle class strings so that we include them in CC).

    there's an Italian language pack that Gianfrano created. It was (and hopefully still is) available at his Italian project cars site - projectcars.it
