    I buy the Porsche Pack 2023 in Raceroom, charged by Steam, but not unlocked in Raceroom!

    Please explain how to get the the pack, or to get my money back? thanks!

    did you buy premium pack? if its some old porsche then, its retired and no longer available for purchase
    check if that car is available here:

    this car although it shows for you is no longer for sale ; due to a request from porsche when the newer car became available ; you can still see it as people who do own it still have access to buying car skins
