I cant upload files and support is really bad and inconvenient. I purchased BMW M3 GT2 - Livery #5 and KTM X-Bow GT2 - Livery #6 for a total of 678vrp. I made the purchase through "Pay with USD" through my Steam account. Steam deduct my money but i did not receive my cars/producvts from you guys. Im just getting started with Raceroom and this is a bad experience making me want to try another sim racing. My profile is misovereignracing.

On 26-10 I purchased the ADAC GT Masters 2018 but unfortunately I don't have the Porsche 911 GT3 R. After some research I saw in comments that the car was pulled out of this DLC pack. But there is still promotion of this car on screen when you select this DLC pack and also in the description. (see picture)

With other words I was misled by the advertisement of this DLC pack and bought it based on all brands, teams and cars.
Is there a possibility I can still get this Porsche or get a refund?

Well, I have just attempted to buy a CIVIC type r and The Bathurst Track, the civic came through but the track did not, I have restarted the game, and it still says that I do not own the Bathurst track
