This would also give us some really nice and awaited tracks in the US! Most of the series we have and to come (what we know), DTM, ADAC GTM and Audi TT cup are all using almost the same tracks. Convenient, but not that thrilling.. Would be nice with some series beside WTCC that shake up the track list a bit!
Dont think its been mentioned all that much, but I watched one of the races on Youtube last night of the Super GT Series. We already have a base for the cars, considering they all run same chassis as the DTM cars and as of next season I believe they will all be running the same engine, both Audi and BMW have been approached by SGT teams to run their DTM cars in the GT500 class, plus we already have the bulk of the GT3 cars in the GT300 class, missing the usual suspects but there's not actually that many of them missing, and the Japanese built GT300 cars should be fairly easy to obtain licenses for as they're built and run by privateer teams rather than direct from the manufacturer as is the case with GT3. There is a great mix of cars and some stunning tracks.
Super GTs have come up several times over the course of this thread and are very much wanted by all of us hahaha.
Lexus/Toyota don't seem the easiest to deal with, unfortunately, according to various sources outside this forum.
I think when push comes to shove and when the Super GT's and DTM meet head to head, we'll see the Super GT's in R3E. I also hope IMSA will show up as well. I have faith in S3S. They haven't give me a bad car to drive yet and they haven't given me a bad series to drive either.
Back when F1 had real engines. 1967 Lotus 49 as driven by Jim Clark & Graham Hill. Plus all the Grand Prix Legends of that period before aero spoiled open wheel racing. Beautiful cars. Amazingly powerful engines. And cross ply tyres. Add in Spa & the Nurburgring & some other great tracks before they were emasculated. Fantastic fun to drive. Would love to hear those cars again on my PC. Four wheel drift...... It's also a fascinating comparison with modern machinery. The old program by papyrus a bit dated now despite some great mods. A rework here would be amazing. Would also like to see some Classic Le Mans 24hr action. A Lotus 7 to fool around with. Good affordable one make race car.
whay not make carmanufatures make cars like AUSTIN MARTIN did whit a car that they have in GT6. They did that car as they do in real cars
