Yep I do that too, I find a little extra positive rear toe can also help get the car to turn in on hairpins and tight corners.
We Aussies use tomato sauce the same way, but we spread it over EVERYTHING....... some don't like tomato sauce so they substitute it with Vegemite

the main problem I have with the ring being added at the end, is that it might be a added expense for those competing for the top positions. not everyone will have the money for it. honestly I think it would be a good special event to celebrate the ending of the champ, but not actually count towards it. perhaps having a raffle for it.
I would be ok with that. It sounds more reasonable than adding it to the schedule. Then we could use it for the next championship
