Amazed that you held on to it, and doubly amazed that I managed to get past unscathed (see below). Looks like we're going to hit but we didn't. Was very tight by side in some very hairy places that race and we managed to keep it pretty clean, all good.

 

you cant tell from the picture but i can guarantee i was sliding when you overtook me i just couldnt keep the rear together at turn 1ish (that kink at the start doesnt count as a turn right?)

 

The Audi is ugly but effective there at Sonoma it seems. It's not pretty on the replay but it works. With a fairly soft suspension set up and the 4wd it just muscles it's way through those tricky off camber right handers as you go up the hill, the trade off being slow through the esses, into corners, and it's a beast to pull up in a hurry. Still, I like the bunny boiler, racing that BMW makes me feel like my fillings are going to come loose and drop out.

It seems to think you're sitting on an unactioned invite, so it wouldn't send another, but if you have a dig around in the steam envelope up the top right you should be able to find it.

 

I might have clicked on ignore. Wouldn't be the first time I click ignore on something on steam.

Great G5 racing last night. Pure madness, I'm sure there are more grey hairs on my head this morning.

 

Those G5's demands every bit of concentration to keep them pointing in the right direction.

Watched the Dev stream and dedicated servers sounds like it is going to be perfect for us. Looking forward to the patch, more like a complete rebuild seems more like it.

 

Big patch, 10 GB will be an overnight download here, prob 5-6 hours

 

If I've done my maths correctly (based on 10GB = 10,000MB and on a solid connection), should be about 10 minutes for me, 152+Mb fiber line @ 19.2MB/s. Sorry....

 

you don't have to say that, let us aussies and kiwis complain. ima gonna cry in the corner now

 

Not complaining mate, I'll be sleeping while it downloads. Off peak it will be more like three hours anyway.

 

I get about 2MB/s download so hopefully it happens while I am at work so I'll ask my wife to start everything going and it should be done by the time I get home
