Problem Black screen after online race or leaving lobby (VR and NON-VR)

I had this issue too but it seems to have gone away. I got the reverb g2v2 recently so i've been trying to optimize settings in RR. It seemed like an intermittent issue. I think one time I just waited a bit on the black screen and it loaded up okay. It was clicking Finish and then not loading the multiplayer server list screen after exiting a server. Like others said I could hear the music. I do run RR with the -vr switch now instead of the VR option in steam. Maybe that made the difference for me.

What I don't understand is why most times the screen loads up very far below me and occasionally it loads up right in front of me. Most of the time I have to recenter when loading up but sometimes it decides to be nice.
