The odd thing about this problem is some tracks will load, but most will not. I bought the Deluxe package from RRE. I had this problem before the purchase. No problem with the game operation, just the track issue. All ideas are welcome. Thank you.

Well, here is the update....no change. I do have some additional info. Because of where I live, I have 2 internet connections. I'm on Windows 10 Pro. I use my Hughs Net Satellite connection for browsing and downloading. Because of it's latency I cannot use it for gaming. The odd thing is it will not fail to load the tracks. I also have a usb modem using cell service, which I use to game, which is the connection that fails to load tracks in most cases, but not all. I'm thinking about doing a full re-install, including Steam. It would be painful (LOL) because of the data usage. Again, thank you all for any input.
