Corsair K55 RBG Keybaord problem

Which settings did you lose when it happened before, all settings (like graphics options too) or just the controller profile?
Anyway, you can back up those files, just make copies of the files in RR's documents folder and you should be fine.

Great, thanks for the crash dump. It might take a bit before sb can have a look at those, but I'll come back at you once I know more.

 

Everything goes back to zero when I unplugged the keyboard.. for some stupid reason..

Did you try to disable windows defender folder access?

 

Yes, still does that.

 

I might found a stupid thing.. But the keyboard was plug in 2.0. I have 4 Blue ports which are 3.0 in the back at 2black port in the back then 2 blue port 3.0 in the front...

 

It's random.. it's said that the thing is in the USB 3.0 which physicaly is not.. and My mobo said that I have 2 USB 2.0 in rear and 4 3.1 in rear..

 

Have you tried to change to an another usb port? Or deleting and reinstallining corsair software?
You can also try to update firmware with Corsair Utility Engine software

And Only have 6 USB 3.1 and 2 USB 2.0..

When defender on yes. and when keyboard plugged.

 

check .ddl files from C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine/bearer
If you have 2 .dll files on that folder (qgenericbearer.dll and qnativewifibearer.dll) delete .dll files and check if that helps

 

I don't have Bearer folder :x

 

Just checking, it is in older version of cue causing issues

 

It's the latest CUE that Corsair release on their website.

 

do you have geforce experience installed?
