How many peeps do we average a championship?

 

full grid...then half of them don't show up...

 

Sorry, but Im not interested in another poll.
Just cause S3S release another car doesn't mean we should go of and buy it, there will be plenty of opportunity for NSU champs in the future. TBH I won't be buying the NSU or the TT pack
I was under the impression the poll we have atm was the poll that determined the car choice for the next champ, could someone correct me if I'm wrong

I will be getting the NSU just because im a fan of the retro cars. Looking forward to the upcoming season.

 

NSU was always on the back of our mind when we made the car selection. We started the pool just before they announced it.
If the car would have been announced before the first poll it would have been part of the possible choices.
Right now its not definitive that another poll is coming but we talked about having a poll round with the top choices so every one can have a say.
everyone has a favorite and we were asked to include some cars in the poll, in the end it will be "Democracy at work".

I agree it's frustrating, but ultimately it isn't our league to run. I may not agree with the outcome, but I really do appreciate the fact that we get a vote. Ultimately participation is up to you.

I'm not trying to change or run anything, I'm just voicing my thoughts in regards to the polling and the NSU, Memots has explained the situation, no biggy.

Wow. NSU was really unexpected. The NSU was a surprise for me as I thought S3S would have been releasing the car at a later stage. but yes, as @MeMotS said, NSU was present in our discussions since the beginning but ultimately we decided to go ahead with the available classes hoping for the NSU to come along (which happened in fact).
With that said and observing poll results with their close gap between BMW (25) and Audi TT (20), I wanted to do a second round poll with the finalists and single vote preference. Adding the NSU to the final poll seems unfair (cause it wasn't there originally and didn't make it thru the first round) but in all honesty had the NSU been there since the beginning I would have just announced the Champ with that car instead of casting the poll.
So since the voting is done (we collected 28 responses), I'm posting the second round poll right now so you guys can vote for the final winner.

I bet I am one of the few people who voted the m3's
regardless, it should be a good series regardless of which gets picked.

 

M3 for me too. Perhaps I'm wired up wrong, but I just don't 'get' the NSU

 

For me, I can get the nsu, but at the same time, with as new as it is, I feel that it would be better to give the nsu a few weeks of open testing before we open any gp on it. anyway. it should be fun however we go.

 

I said I wouldn't vote in this final poll, I changed my mind, voted BMW's too

 

BMW for me. Did get the NSU. Slow as all heck but get a couple of them on track and it is quite alot of fun kind of like bumper cars lol.

 

I choose the NSU. The BMW's were my second pick in the first pole. They just don't fit my driving style I guess

 

Good compromise.

It appears there's no check for who voted, leaving it open to multiple re-votes...

 

if the voting becomes a problem, I am sure other solutions can be used.

 

I'm positive we're all grown ups and we're not recurring to these kind of tricks to alter results for a champ that should be about having fun.
I don't want to be a police officer, really... but anyway if the poll results shows 50+ votes then obviously it means something's fishy and at that point I'm just gonna decide what to run.
