Forgot to leave a response after taking a look at this, whoops. Tested and confirmed this a few days ago and put it in our bug tracker. I think the devs had an idea on what's up and are working on a fix. Not sure when the fix will be released, but perhaps in one of the next game updates.
I didn't drive this car since months, and am surprised to find it hasn't ABS, I don't remember having problems while braking. Is it me or something has changed? EDIT: that was me... I have an old video where I lock tires. Just a (human) memory bug...
