das ist aus dem letzten Developer Post, hab ich auch gesehen, dann stimmt das so scheinbar nicht mehr. Wichtig ist noch, dass man die Längeneinheiten durchgängig gleich hat, also nicht einmal cm und einmal einfach in mm angibt... das geht nach hinten los, weil ja die Seitenverhältnisse berechnet werden. Aber das Ergebnis ist echt hammer ...
Seems like there are performance problems when using 64bit. My performance went down too, but i switched also to triple screen the same moment the patch got installed. 64bit programs are somewhat slower than their 32bit counterparts due to memory addressing lengths and such things (read about it almost 14 years ago when XP x64 went live), but it should not decrease your fps in this amount, I remember something about 5-10% depending on the coding when they first released 64bit program versions to market years before. But since 2005 I am constantly on 64bit OS and 64bit programs whenever possible, I had never regret this step - 64bit requires a big amount of recoding and getting rid of old stuff, so it is faster later on and I my opinion also much more stable (which is not only due to more memory headroom)

Great Patch ! Perfekt work ! The Callaway C7 gt3-r is absolutly perfekt . The sound ist incredible! The Cars feels Great ! In The past, The gt3 Cars have some understeer with The Standard Setup . With The new Physiks its better .
First: Triple screen looks great, setup is no problem. Second: My first crash dumps ever. Crashes always happened after having changed some settings in video settings Maybe I'm too tired from work, but the spark hasn't ignited yet. Why DOF in video settings is automatically toggled off, when leaving settings and returning there again? UI is so damned slow.
Triple screen working beautifully here. Many many thanks! Renamed and started with a fresh ...\Documents\Simbin\Raceroom folder which I had not done in a long long time. Graphics look better and performance improved. Running 90+ fps with "High" + 4x MSAA settings on a 980ti.
The steering resistance feels lower than before. Does anybody know how to increase it without increasing the other ffb settings?
Disappointing but symptomatic of today. You couldn't say thanks for all the hard work that the whole team put into this patch before you complained.
Can't start the game. Just after the update I could start the game but it was very slow and every second time I tried to start a practice session I was thrown back to the menu. But when I try to start the game now it gives me the following error: Can't connect to server. Error code 0. And when I clock OK it opens up a web page where it says Bad Gateway. I have restarted my computor and done a file integrity check but it didn't help. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
As a silent user and reader I have to break my silence now. Thank you Sector3 - all you guys rock! All the tears from the kids screaming "when is it coming, it is a shame" and you were just like your head down and working. I raced the AMG GT3 today...good god that is so much fun! I thank you so much. In my opinion it is now physicswise the absolut best sim...specially on the Nordschleife the driving performance is a lot more suitable to the cars than for example Assetto Corsa. Thank you again and keep on the good work. Awesome job!
On wich AI Level in GET REAL Mode do you drive? At 90 % i have the first place at Nürburg with the AMG .At 100% i must struggle hard to qualify at a good grid... Whats the best setting.. The Cars are amazing,no Sim gives me better driving expirience. DC
the basic steering resistance, for example when you stand still and turn your wheel the tires have friction to ground and give a resistance in the wheel. I don‘t know how to describe it better, sorry ^^.
