Jay explained it once, it's due to the fact that rhd is the default layout from Nissan for which the license is granted. All those lhd ones are customizations of that setup.
Quite old software, from 2004 : Paint Shop Pro 9, and Virtual Painter. Each picture has on average 5 adjustments, some have more.
And another volley by me. All pics are 1950x1080, click TWICE on them to increase. Enjoy! A question of taste - chose your poison :
A bit off topic, but some people here who liked my pics might be interested to know this: I used Virtual Painter 4 for my images, which I had to buy for money as a plugin for Paint Shop Pro 9 in 2004. I just learned that there have been later versions this program, the latest is version 6, and it is available FOR FREE as an app for Windows 10, directly from Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/virtual-painter-6/9wzdncrdf1m7 Version 4 often creates colour distortions that have to be manually corrected or compensated for. So it is ideal to use VP in combination with another capable image editor offering filters and options to alter contrast, colour balances and the likes. Good advise is to always start with softening up the sharpness of the image a bit before using VP's filters. Don't be shy to experiment with combining filters, or using the same filters or steps in repeated turns. Standard filters of other image software could be used as a preparatory or finalising step. And use those sliders in VP, they are there for a reason! I also learned that at least version 5 was available and sometimes can be found as free download (legal!) as a plugin for other image software such as Photoshop as well. Its just can be a bit tricky to finds it these days. But its worth to invest into that effort, its a very neat program: small package, but much and great content.
