when I photo a moment in r3e, i exit r3e and go to Explorer > Pictures > SimBin > Captures and no screenshot from the date
That is correct, to make screenshots you can use Steam now (defaults to F12). The feature has been removed a while ago, but it's still in the UI. Will be removed from UI later (if I'm not mistaken).
