Is it possible we can have some different slow down timer, when racing last night wasn't aware of the timer on the screen so got punish heavily on the slow down, the yellow colour just blends in to much, depending how you drive and your seating position. Also why can't we have a selection for online racing where we can have the flag system on but we're able to turn of the penalty system off.
I think flags without penalties will never come. They would have added it if they think that's a good thing. They don't trust the people. :/
In fact the whole flag and penalty UI could use a redesign, as we already mentioned in the thread about flags. Let's hope it'll eventually come (and sooner rather than later).
The flag system is only, what... 2-3 weeks old? It isnt final. Changes were just made in the patch released yesterday. Improvements and options take time to implement.
Agreed, one drivers slow down is the rest of the fields hazard... drive through, and not for each offence, an accumulation, say 3 a lap or 2 a sector, come on you know it makes sense. Oh and if you can work out a way to ignore any off track activity after a collision that'd be great. Only thing worse than having some idiot take you off is being penalised into the bargain
