As someone who's not been around that much for the last twelve months but is on catch-up mode... ...where has this "big bang" reference come from please?
I can't find the original post right now but it was mentioned that the year would end with a ''big bang'' update, but I guess no really big stuff like an engine change, rain, night and so on. but nonetheless it will be a pretty big update with lots of great things (not everything is gonna be in it and maybe a few things that weren't announced yet): + 3 Porsche Cars (911 GT2 RS Clubsport, Cayman GT4 Clubsport, 911 GT3 R 2019)
Cheers, does sound excellent, and the GT Masters eSports announcement and new Porsche gives me hope to expect a 2019 for that championship - any details of the 'self learning' AI anywhere?
https://forum.sector3studios.com/index.php?threads/end-of-summer-2019-development-notes.13683/ Look at the first post under ''So whats new'' point 4 , there you can see some stuff about the self learning AI, but this is as I understand just early development and just experimental, so I wouldn't expect this in the next update
Accepted (But I really thought somebody said the words ''Big Bang'' somewhere... but maybe I just hallucinate xD)
Somebody at Racedepartment posted this german link: http://www.speedmaniacs.com/News,Ra...e-mit-drei-Porsche-Fahrzeugen-und-Termin,9849 Translated: Sector3 Studios has announced that RaceRoom Racing Experience will have its next update for the race simulation on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. In the new version, a Porsche DLC is released. Ok few hours to go, then we gonna see if this is true, I doubt it, because why would they release it without directly showing the other 2 Porsches
To late for an update today... I guess we'll be teased with a few more porsche-screens before the update will arrive. And according to @J-F Chardon target-date for the next update is December 10th...
I think the 4th Porsche, will be an addition to an existing class or a cup car. But we also have two Cup cars (3 with the Caymen) from 2 eras and maybe i am wrong, before the 964 there where no Porsche cup. So what Porsche Cups could be left? So i think its likely the the 4th one is a new enty for an existing class. Where could that be? Gr. 5 - 934/5 possible or 935, but we already have the fabcar GTO - 944, is not a really knows car, but would be a great addition GT1 - maybe but there is the ruf, i dont think the 911 GT1 would fit, bc the class is mor 00's and the 911 was late 90's GT2 - old 996 or 997 LMP 1 - 919, but unlikly, bc it would be hybrid and the rest is not Touring Cars? - dont think there was a Grp. A 911 Maybe a playbuddy for the NSU... I think that were all classes where a porsche would fit in Or S3S add a new class, but doing that it would be necessary to fill it with playbuddys, but in which classes porsche raced we dont have, except from Grp. B with the 959 and F1 as a engine supporter, i dont know.
My bet is on the New 935 as a cupcar (which I would really like ) - you heard it here first There are no real hints out there, but once we get just one small information this release will be revealed in a minute!
I got a feeling that this test from Alex was not only just for fun. So my bets where on the 934/5. But the new 935 would be also an instabuy for me...
