Can someone please post a picture in outside or 3rd person view of BMW 92 dtm. Trying to figure out if I messed up the settings on car. I can not see the rear of the car. Only car in game with the issue.
well second race turned into a shit show. Servers went mental...like an ex. First race gears were wrong and my brake was partially engaged from my pedal settings. All of these are @::SKRO:: fault

Well, without doubts guys we're gonna redo this bloody bugged race that just (never) happened next Saturday after the other ridiculous Zolder Race. Again, sorry everyone for the craziness... Especially to the chaps from EU.
So Amazon server did not do the job eh? What is surprising with all of this is that race 1 was smooth but not race 2. So that's twice now that we have issues. This champ is the first time we do it with Amazon. 2 issue out of 14 races, not sure what to think. This should be very stable as the bandwidth is high with them....
Yeah. I don't know what caused it. I have never had the problem on other mp servers myself. Happened about 2 laps into the race. Then blinking cars, cars gone. Engines blown....I finished 3rd :-D
first my gears were wrong - then warped into a car 4 seconds ahead of me, then the engine blew while I was off the gas and on the brakes. If only a UFO would have crashed on the mountain it would have been a perfect evening.
Yeah, on lap 2 it was like everyone dropped. I saw cars on the track map in the runoff areas doing donuts, and the gaps were changing wildly. Then, for me at least, it stabilized after a couple more laps and I was fine for the rest of the race.
I still had some lag spikes and almost blew my engine a few times a few intervals after the initial havoc.
I got booted after my pit stop. Everyone was coming around to lap me and instead of turning on my screen they just kept driving straight off of the track map
I really don't understand why and what causes these things to happen... Anyway Amazon Servers gave us stability throughout the whole champ let aside Zolder R2 and Bathurst R2 and I'm quite happy we used their services and I believe we'll continue to use it again in the future. At this point I'm not sure if this craziness is happening because of: - high pings piling up derived from people connecting from afar and/or bad quality internet - ports not correctly opened (but I seriously doubt they are not!) - random bugs presenting randomly? Sad truth is that this is highly annoying cause it feels a hit or miss everytime we load the game Even the issue with the Spectator mode makes me think that this is happening cause of "random bugs", but in all honesty I never had the chance to test other servers (aside Martin's) and see if this occurs elsewhere too but I'd be glad to hear some reports from you guys or to get some insights from @Sonat Ozturk about this. Again, sorry to everyone for the $#!%show that happened yesterday...
When you mention port I will assume you mean on the end user side. There is nothing from an end user side that they need to open. On the sever side the needed port are opened as usual.
