Racing at Sachsenring began in 1927 on a long street based course. When modern race cars made roaring through the village too dangerous, a dedicated circuit was established. Today’s Sachsenring is a 3.671 km long and features many exciting elevation changes over its 14 turns. (source:game.raceroom.com)

Each race will consist of one grid with differing slot counts (see Race Calendar).
To enter this series it is required that you set a valid leaderboard lap time prior to each event (Current Leaderboard: Sachsenring, lap times will be checked by admin staff.)

@Leo Kuhn: hehe - I know what you mean... But will be interessting to see, how many will see the checker-flag...
I've done some quick laps there in the past few days...

Especially in Turn 9 there is only a little room between gaining a lot of time or spinning out and hit the wall after touching the grass a little.

 

I know Tarik, but it's better for all the other racers
My hate-relationship with Sachsenring has long tradition.
But I promise, you will see me on track, only a bit later .....

I think we can scrub my name from this, a little too long for me in reality no way i would last 2hrs without serious effort and practice, add to that im not keen on the track nor the fact that rules are being imposed kind of put me off.

What rules were putting you off? just curious because im always looking to learn and improve and I would love to have your input on this matter

None and all, the rules are second to me being faint of heart
They are fair enough if you are running a league where it all matters, but this, as far as i understood started out as being a bit of fun and nothing more, when you start putting a strict ruleset in place on a fun event the fun slowly morphs into serious competition, i could understand rules if it was arranged initially as a points based mini competition but it isnt, well wasnt I have no issue with rules, time and place, shit happens, mistakes happen, it is a decent group of people racing who i dont believe for a minute would deliberately cause an issue rules in place or not.
The rules are neither here nor there in reality, the simple fact is as i stated there is no way i could run 2hrs without serious effort and practice, i struggle in a drop in mp race to last more than 20 mins, concentration and focus go at around at 15-20mins followed by mistakes leading to frustration and quitting
Who knows, maybe i`ll change my mind and put in some effort to fix my inadequacies for one of the later races, but right now, naaa

Please verify your Laptimes, i need to use a older Backup.

When u want to sign out your name it´s the best way when you change your Laptime to "z:z:z" after that you can delete your entrys.

Yeah thx, someone changed some entrys so thats the reason. I need to disallow changing other entrys but don`t know how it work.

 

Hmmm...

I had changed my laptime from 1:20:518 to 1:20:287. It's back to 1:20:518 now.

Was I the one to screw up the list by changing my own laptime? I hope not - I don't even know how changing my laptime could have screwed up anything. At least it still looked OK after I did so. I better not touch the list anymore...

Well im having a real hard time at the Sachsenring.
Maybe some of the Nissan guys can help me a bit with the setup.
Im losing so much time in the mid sector because the car just doesnt want to turn at the fast lefthanders.
No matter what i try in the setup, i always have oversteer at lowspeed and understeer at high speed corners.
