Not every problem is down to windows 10 @Andi Goodwin, I'm on a similar system to @XR Freestyler, looks like the only differences are my i5-6500 which is OC'd to 4GHz and Windows 10 with mine being the home version. No stuttering here though.

@XR Freestyler Where exactly are you seeing the stuttering, is it background only or is it car and AI or a complete slideshow type effect?
Do you have any recording software you could perhaps use to show us what's going on or that we could perhaps pass on to the devs?

@Andi Goodwin You'll know better than me, are there any logs he could give us that would maybe show what's causing the performance problems?

Cheers, the clips don't have to be the greatest quality if you want to keep the file size down, as long as it demonstrates the problem. :)

for me i cant confirm the loads (due to having a busted wheel and im not loading up the game to be just frustrated

can you confirm the cpu loads in public dave ?

what i would do if it was me
id check that my cpu fan hasnt got a fur ball to see if its a heat issue
    id defrag my steam folder
id go into the r3e bit of my steam instal and delete the exe , then reverify the files and dl it

id use afterburner to check what is happening , put it in logging mode to see what is bottle necking and when

in nvidia you can try these settings

    r3e 1.png r3e2.png

after that it be good if the stuttering had a bit more indepth description/video... is it an occasional step scroll feel ,
in game i have motion blur off/ im running 1920x1080 on a 50inch tv and no DOF

    No problem.

    @XR Freestyler
DO NOT DEFRAG your steam folder if it is on you SSD, defragging a solid state can cause more harm than good, if you have a standard HDD, move the steam folder to that and then defrag if you must.

My CPU loads with 31 cars (total) @ Silverstone GP appear normal.
There was a spike on the 3rd which took it up to 100% but that may have been something else unrelated to R3E, highest other usage was 82% on core 2.
Overclock is off at the moment too so only running 3.6GHz.

Is your CPU overclocked by any chance? I recall having a problem with stuttering when I had an overclocked AMD CPU, cleared up when I removed the overclock.

Yes, it´s running @ 4Ghz instead of 3,5Ghz. But i overclocked it, because of the Load in R3E. The high Load was there before Overclocking.

have you run malware bytes or another antimalware /spyware just incase something is tagging onto something in steam or the r3e webbrowser ?

At Example, after the first Lap the "Fastes Lap" is shown, i have a Lag for about half a second. Only at first time, the Time is shown.
    Its Mysterious....
Jep, the whole Game is in Slowmo
