It the GTR2 series really a good idea? I think another car would be a better pick since the GTR2 handle badly right now.
Last time I took a look : Yes...unfortunately, which destroys the "just hop in and drive" -factor tremendeously Don't get me wrong, it's just I'm way past any quasi-beta-testing (except for it's meant to be beta like RRE or Dirt Rally back then) of any commercial videogame released that way as well as never fiddling with Mods more again, than getting my own playtime out of it. Done that enough..... Means, either I buy/take it much later or not at all...
About time for new season... Current season is so boring, very low participation (probably because of the World Cup) and unappealing classes/tracks combinations. The new season looks good, i hope for better participation
I talked about this on the srs forum. Participation is fine. Its 100% bad series. Every gt3 and wtcc race had 2+ servers and every DTM race went oficial. Seems pretty popular to me. It was the GOD AWFUL series. Nothing could be saved. The cars were bad, the tracks selected were bad, heck even the server settings were bad. Nordschleife was problematic and 1h porsche cup? y tho. This time they played it safe so i'm happy It's not the most interesting stuff but at least you have a reason not to race public servers.
