The track hasn't reached beta yet. Right now @Alex Hummler is working on alternative layouts and we have the modern pitlane building asset in the works as well. It's safe to estimate a release not for the upcoming patch but the one after, which I'd hope should be somewhere in december. So Silverstone under the tree should be doable
Jeez, forgot all about this amongst the throng of up and coming content announcements, do we like go all the way back to what was announced first for some idea of what to expect mid/late/ and into November patch day or is it pick and mix, I've totally lost track lately, I know 3 Audi's (Audi powerplants) were mentioned but unconfirmed I believe, other than a @J-F Chardon cryptic cop out. Surely something other than DoF has been tested to release standard or is this the start of random announcements til patch day? This kinda reminds me of an older sibling offering you a sweet, then, just before it touches your hand they run off, eating it and laughing! Do hope this delay is not down to office races followed by repeated playing of replays with fancy effects!
This track is something that I indeed wait for. In time for christmas indeed would mean it would make a nice present.
@J-F Chardon I suppose we'll have the 3 circuits (national, international and GP) ? Thanks for your answer
The new layout is ok, but i have a bit of a 'been there done that' feeling with it now as it's so common in racing games already, and to be honest it's not that special apart from the section from Copse to Becketts. Like mentioned above I would have loved the pre 2010 layout too as that's a rare one nowadays. Even when devs go for a classic Silverstone layout they tend to skip this version also and go straight for the superfast 80's layout.
