2nd raffle teams looks great imo, difficult to judge correctly but it seems a little more balanced. Im happy either way though, racing against 20 other well mannered and fair drivers is gonna be a bliss, regardless of teams
Thanks for the feedback chaps Both are w/o adjustments (was a stoic Lawful Good Paladin back in the days of D&D ), but I agree as well that the second looks more balanced (even tho I don't know other new entries) I'd opt as well for the second so... but if someone has something against that... I'll wait a bit more!
I like those teams. So just proposing something here. How about we count only the 3 best result from each team? That if someone is not there the rest is not too penalized for it?
I like that. That would make me feel less guilty for dragging my team down, I know for a fact that I will miss out on several of the races. And above that, dragging them down the races I do attend.. .

I know @Marco Conti had a very cool name for his team name with "Scuderia Rossolupo" and @Fairman was thinking about "GearEx Racing"... Any name will work fine really. If you have a proposal for your team just pick one but please do it via PM to the other team members (in the end we'll be using Raffle #2 as it's really more balanced... I'll update the teams on the main page in a bit) so we won't spam millions of posts here. Otherwise just post your idea(s) here and I'll extract 5 among them and assign them to the teams randomly.

If you guys want to get in contact with your team and organize a teamspeak "race-chat" with your team it's entirely up to you. It'd be cool to have insight about current members position and situation and plan strategies on the flight as you drive. @MeMotS, @Öberg, @chrisnj what do you think of Flying Meatballs for our team?
IMPORTANT (I'll update this in the main threads later) We won't use ESR Global Group Chat for this champ. I'll create a Private Multi-User Chat and invite only the members that have signed up. Password to access the server will be released once everyone is in there. Another thing about Steam Voice Chat. When we are in the Multi-user Chat you'll have manually to start the voice chat (if you want to). To do so you gotta have a Mic and setup it accordingly following Steam procedure (under settings). Then you can stay silent if you want, no need to talk. You can just listen to what is being said (Guys use of headphones is HIGHLY encouraged cause of annoying background noises). Anyway when Quali and race start please disconnect your Mic. Remember that you can adjust your in-game main volume if you want to chat and drive (I set mine to 30% on a test with MeMotS) otherwise you might end up not understanding a thing of what others are saying. I'd suggest to turn it on on Practice and Quali 02 as we are going to do those fancy procedures so... Anyway.. I trust your superior intellect! May SpongeBob watch over us.
