I am really sick of all these boring GRP / GFRP & CFK / CFRP modern "cars". We need more steel!!! me too
Boby Unser apparantly won at Watkins when CART raced there back in the late 70's. Considering that's the same era most Formula Classics are picked from give or take a few years and I'd say it qualifies. Either way I'd rather have the Glen over Daytona, might be heresy this month though.
unfortunately wrong Daytona = ok, no Indy Car races until now ... but ... there were a lot of CART, IRL and now IndyCar races at the Watkins Glen International. 1979 - 1981, 2005 - now source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Prix_at_The_Glen ... I hope we listen to this sound in R3E very soon ... It's just a beauty. @21:07 ... The track is steeped in history and a great place for the open wheel cars. Just remember though, that the first races of the United States Grand Prix were held at the track after World War II.
All to read this, all still some hope for improvement in Race Room. Now this year less DTM, WTCC, Audi TT and open wheelers but more new racetracks. Then in 2017 have succeeded.
Bit like Codemasters being told to have less open wheelers in F1 this year, DTM, WTCC, Audi TTCup are ongoing licences that refresh year on year, I think what you're asking is for S3 to have a recruitment drive so they can bang out more content, which of course will upset the "where are the fundamentals, flags, weather etc. etc." brigade, which in turn will rattle Skybird's cage, So Sssshhhhh, let 2017 unroll, lots of neat content and features on the way, unleash the beast at your own peril!
Honestly, I believe only when it really is there and playable, everything else is for me only empty promises
I remember that Audi R8 LMS Ultra, Mercedes AMG GT3, Corvette C7R, BMW M6 GT3 McLaren 650S GT3 ......
Thx for it, my young Padawan. But remember also, Rome wasn't build in one Day. Patience is a virtue and counts as one of man's most valuable characteristics...
